SHIPPING
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order. Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 days from the time it is placed.
When the order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail, including carrier and tracking info for your parcel. Please contact info@coplayergolf.com if your order has not arrived within the mentioned time frame. Kindly note that delays can occur due to customs clearance, Swedish holidays, and other delays beyond our control.

- Sweden: PostNord, 2-3 DAYS, 70 SEK
- Europe: PostNord, 3-5 DAYS, €15
- United Kingdom: PostNord, 3-5 DAYS, €15
- Rest of the world: PostNord, 3-5 DAYS, €20

CUSTOMS & DUTY
Orders outside of the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. Please note that all prices are exclusive of tax and duties, and you will be responsible for taxes, customs, and import duties to receive your order. Customs policies vary in different countries; we advise you to contact your local customs office for more information.
UNCOLLECTED ITEMS
If your order is not collected and returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a fee to cover our shipping and processing costs, with a minimum of €20.
RETURNS
If you have any questions regarding your purchase, please email us at info@coplayergolf.com.
You may return items sold by coplayergolf.com within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. All items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and all original packaging present and intact. Worn clothing and caps/hats will not be accepted for return. We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not comply with the above conditions.
To return any item(s) from your order, email us at info@coplayergolf.com with your order number and reference of the item(s) you would like to return.
When shipping your return, make sure the parcel is intact and securely sealed to avoid any damage, and use a tracked service as we do not take responsibility for any lost items during returns. You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning any item. Customs and duty costs, as well as the cost of the original shipment, will not be refunded.
Once your return is received, it will undergo a quality review. When your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be issued. You can always contact us for any return questions at info@coplayergolf.com.
EXCHANGES
If you want to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order.
